I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, lived in New York City and then move to our area 18 years ago. She fell in love with the Shenandoah Valley and loves living and working here.

Serving as a Realtor over the past 4 years, Magnolia has built her business on relationships, education, communication, dedication, and transparency. She treats her clients like part of her extended family, because she believes they are.

Having a background in education, Magnolia strives to make sure her clients are fully educated and comfortable with the process of buying and selling. She believes in educating herself as well, having earned her designation from the GRADUATE REALTOR INSTITUTE, (GRI) and is a SENIOR REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST, (SRES).
